How Tier Qualification Works at imperial wins: Deposits, Wagers and Other Possible Measures
Imperial wins does not publish a clear VIP tier ladder, so players cannot calculate a guaranteed upgrade from deposits or wagering alone. The available information points to several possible measures, including first-deposit activity, wager volume, account history and regular engagement. This guide explains what is confirmed, what remains private, and how to review your account carefully. For search clarity, the phrase imperial wins may also appear outside casino-related results. 18+ only. Gambling Helpline: 0800 654 655.
What is confirmed about imperial wins VIP access?
The key point is simple: VIP Club access is invitation only. Imperial wins does not publish tier names, qualification thresholds, upgrade dates or a public application form. That means a player cannot safely assume that a particular deposit total will unlock a higher level.
VIP membership is invitation only
Third-party descriptions associate the VIP Club with benefits such as personal support, priority transactions and possible cashback, but the official material does not confirm a public benefit schedule. Treat these features as possible rather than guaranteed. Ask support to confirm the exact terms attached to your account before changing your playing pattern.
How deposits may affect tier consideration
A first deposit is required before Imperial Wins points begin accumulating, according to the terms. The account currency can be selected at registration, and the published point conversion includes NZD. Deposits may therefore form part of an internal assessment, but the operator does not state that larger or more frequent deposits produce a promotion.
Do not deposit simply to chase a private status. The official payment terms set a maximum deposit of €7,000 per transaction, while reported New Zealand payment minimums vary by method. Cards and e-wallets are reported from NZ$10, crypto from NZ$25 and bank transfer from NZ$30. These figures describe payment access, not VIP qualification.
| Payment route | Reported NZ minimum | Withdrawal availability | Reported timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa or Mastercard | NZ$10 | Yes | 1–4 days |
| Skrill or Neteller | NZ$10 | Yes | 1–4 days |
| Bitcoin and other crypto | NZ$25 | Yes | 1–4 days |
| Bank transfer | NZ$30 | Yes | 3–7 days |
| Paysafecard | NZ$10 | Not listed | Not stated |
How wagering and points could be measured
Imperial Wins publishes a complementary-points system rather than a tier formula. Points are earned from midnight GMT after the first deposit. The stated conversion is 100 points for 1 EUR, USD, CAD, NZD or INR, with a monthly earning limit of 100,000 points. Unused points are voided after 90 days without a login.
Points are not the same as a published tier ladder
Points may help the operator understand how actively an account is used, but the terms do not promise that a points balance triggers VIP access. Wagering should also be separated from bonus play. Welcome offers carry 40x wagering on the bonus plus deposit, free-spin winnings carry 25x wagering, the maximum bet during wagering is €4, and the validity period is up to 7 days.
Those conditions matter because high turnover created through restricted bonus play may not be treated like ordinary cash wagering. Feature buys, some low-margin betting patterns and switching between contribution levels are prohibited during relevant bonus wagering. Bonus-derived funds cannot be used for sports bets without risking the associated winnings.
Other account measures that may matter
When no public formula exists, account history can be more useful than one large deposit. Possible internal signals include how long the account has been open, whether payment details pass checks, how often the player logs in and whether transactions remain in good standing. None of these is confirmed as a guaranteed promotion rule, so use them as questions for support, not as a promise.
Engagement includes more than casino wagers
The site records activity through features such as Login Rewards, tournaments and the Imperial Shop. Login Rewards can run across up to 25 reward days in a month, provided the player deposited within the previous 7 days. Coins may be exchanged in the shop, including €5 cash for 1,200 coins or a single Bonus Crab ticket for 150 coins. These features show engagement, but they do not establish a VIP level.
- Check whether your account has an invitation or private offer in its promotions area.
- Review the point balance and its expiry conditions before relying on it.
- Keep deposits and payment accounts in your own name.
- Record the date, amount and terms of any offer sent by email or chat.
How to ask imperial wins support about qualification
The most direct route is to ask for account-specific information rather than a general description. Imperial wins support is available by email 24/7, and a live chat widget is also listed. There is no published phone line. Ask whether your account is currently enrolled, what activity is recognised, and whether any invitation expires.
Questions to send before changing your play
Request written confirmation of the points conversion, any monthly limit, the conditions for an invitation and the benefits attached to your current status. Also ask whether a private offer has separate wagering or maximum-win rules. Save the response, because promotional terms can differ from the general account terms.
- Open the account’s promotions, rewards and messages areas.
- Note your current points, recent deposits and recent withdrawals.
- Ask support for the exact qualification rules that apply to your account.
- Check every wagering, expiry and maximum-win condition in writing.
- Decide on a fixed budget before accepting any offer.
How to judge the value and risk of a private tier
A private invitation is only useful if its value exceeds its conditions. Compare the real benefit with the wagering requirement, expiry date, maximum win and any withdrawal restriction. A welcome or recurring promotion may offer attractive headline figures, but the standard welcome pack has a €1,000 maximum bonus, 150 free spins, 40x bonus-plus-deposit wagering, 25x free-spin wagering, a €4 maximum bet and a €1,000 maximum win.
Public reputation also deserves a careful check. The imperial wins trustpilot profile shows a 4.1/5 TrustScore from 124 reviews, but the profile is unclaimed and includes both positive and negative experiences. Treat imperial wins trusted casino claims with caution, especially when they rely on an unverified licence statement or a look-alike domain.

Practical takeaway for New Zealand players
There is no public imperial wins tier calculator, so deposits and wagers should not be treated as a guaranteed route to VIP status. Track your activity, ask support for written account-specific rules and evaluate every offer by its full conditions rather than its headline reward. The regulator validator showed the quoted Curaçao licence status as revoked on 21 September 2026, and no New Zealand licence was confirmed. Keep the legal position in mind, play only if 18+, and contact the Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655 if gambling is causing concern.
Frequently Asked Questions
These answers cover the practical points that are not clear from the public VIP information.
Does imperial wins publish VIP tier thresholds?
No. The available information says VIP Club access is invitation only, with no public tier names, thresholds or application route. Deposits, points and wagers may be reviewed internally, but Imperial Wins does not promise that a particular amount will produce an invitation or upgrade.
Can I buy VIP status with a large deposit?
No published rule says that a large deposit buys VIP status. Deposits also create financial risk and may be subject to verification. Use only money within your budget, and ask support whether an invitation exists before increasing activity for the purpose of seeking a private tier.
Do Imperial Wins points expire?
Yes. Unused complementary points are voided after 90 days without a login. The published conversion is 100 points for 1 NZD, among the listed currencies, although converted-point winnings remain subject to the withdrawal limits page and applicable account terms.
Is the imperial wins Android app official?
No native app is confirmed in the available information. The site is described as offering a progressive web app, which can be added to a compatible Android home screen through a browser. Check that you are using imperialwins.com, not a look-alike domain, before entering account details.
Where can I get gambling help in New Zealand?
Contact the New Zealand Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655 for confidential support. Imperial Wins also lists responsible-gambling tools such as deposit, bet and loss limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Use those controls early if gambling no longer feels manageable.
